An Endangered Species–The Middleman/Woman

The world is on a disrupter tear. It is disruption all over the world. This has been in the works for some time and has many causes. One of these being the changeover from an industrial age to a technology age. Land, labor and capital is not enough to succeed today. You must also have “knowledge”. For areas of the world that don’t have knowledge, these areas will wither in progress. We see this quite easily in the United States where the bulk of new jobs and progress is being created in city hubs. A Glimmer of the Worm Turning

It’s interesting to watch the world go through all types of twists and turns as it adjusts to heavenly transits. The big Pluto in Capricorn transit has been haunting our lives since it began in 2008. I have kept the same drum beat rolling that until it was done with us, there would be little peace and sanity. The hardest days were to be 2015 through 2019. The ending would come in 2024. We Are Showing Our Age!

So much of what is happening around the world has to do with enormous planetary changes that affect us

here on earth. It seems hard to believe but all of us are under the spell of the grand transitions that take place in the heavens. No matter how trivial, such as writing checks by hand and mailing them with the post office or using online banking and paying everything through a click on your phone, it is tied to the heavens. America is Losing Its Happy Face

I remember umpteen years ago the beginning of the yellow happy faces. They were everywhere and still are. Walmart uses it or did as its messaging board. Happy faces are placed after signatures, bills, graded papers and just about everything. But, there is a darker side to the happy faces, America is losing its happiness. Countries are ranked in their happiness quotient and America keeps falling in the category of happiness. We also keep losing in the life expectancy area. In the last three years we have dropped in life expectancy. Cheerful thought!

Little Finland, which has the population of about 5.5 million (and 75% the size of California) is the winner for first place. Followed behind are Denmark, Norway, Sweden etc. America ranks 19th. All You Can Do Is All You Can Do!

Many years ago when I was around 20 or so I remember reading the National Geographic magazine. It was special back then and had great photos from around the world. There was a story about a woman gathering rice in a rice paddy of Southeast Asia. I remember the journalist asking this woman if she was happy. Now the woman lived in a native hut made from local trees. Her life had no running water or any of the conveniences we take for granted. The journalist noted the puzzled look on her face when he asked her this question. She answered that “being happy was something that happened between the time you were born and the time you died.” It happened. It wasn’t a goal. It wasn’t a state of mind. It wasn’t analyzed. It just happened. Maybe the rice gathering was easier that day and it made her happy. …

2019 Forward Look–A Number 3 Universal Year

What does a Universal Year mean? It is simply the current year, 2019, reduced to the single digit by adding the numbers together. We are, therefore, in a number 3 universal year. Goodbye to 2018 and hello to 2019. I do hope you have created some goals or plans for yourself. Nothing that is too hard or ridiculous to achieve. It can be helpful to write out a plan for the next 90 days. Things work naturally in 3’s.

We can look forward to this universal year as a culmination of the last two years. 2017 was a number one universal year and 2018 was a number two universal year. Brett Kavanaugh’s Numerology–very interesting candidate

This is a very significant candidate for the Supreme Court. On the face of it, it would appear the perfect Republican choice. He was born in Washington, D.C. and really never made it any further than working in Washington, D.C. In that regard he is definitely living up to his number 4 destiny number of tradition and order. However, when you look more deeply into his chart, this is a candidate who, after more seasoning on the court, could become the swing voter that prior Justice Kennedy was. I know the Federalist Society chose him and Trump loves him but his birth chart shows that this man will go through much change going forward and will become more open to the suffering of the human condition.

The Importance of Recognizing Numbers, Patterns and Cycles

It is going to be 97 degrees in Los Angeles today. It probably will come close to another record temperature. We’ve been doing quite a bit of it this year, and the last 5 years. Yes, the heat is reasonably dry but it is hot and no end in sight going forward to September. We do always get the heat this time of year and by October we have the cooler nights and shorter days and temperatures will come back to the 70’s. This is a predicable cycle and goes on every year. The problem is the cycle starts much earlier and stays hotter longer. We also have year round forest fire season which was unheard of 5 years ago.

We’ve Heard This Song Before

If you have thought that this is a very extreme and challenging time for the world, you would be right but we’ve been through this before. It is just another different year, a different cast of characters but a familiar story. The problem is we forget, weren’t born yet, or don’t remember our history. To top it off, we have the big Uranus in Taurus transit which started in late May and continues throughout the next seven years to make sure we shape up and fly right. The last few times we experienced this important transit were 1850 through 1858 and the run up to the Civil War and June, 1934 through May, 1942 for the run up and start of World War II. It’s interesting to notice that the general population invests a great deal of its time dabbling in various professions, seeking direction and guidance from self-help teachers and enlisting friends and family to help in making the decision as to their life purpose. Complete and Total Transformation of the United States

Ten years ago I began writing about the transformation of the United States and the big Pluto in Capricorn heavenly transit. I have often repeated that in order to understand the times and the behavior, look to the heavens. We don’t. Instead, we look to the stock market or we look to the jobs report. Think and Prepare Like a Warrior

Many years ago I discovered an article written by John Perkins. I believe he was/is a karate instructor in New Jersey. He was very accomplished in his craft and was teachings rookie cops who had just gotten out of police academy. They had been taught the skills of a policeman but there was an ingredient that could not be taught at the police academy and that was how to train your mind to act in an immediate situation of dangerous chaos. The article was entitled “Think and Prepare Like a Warrior”. I believe he has written a book on self-defense and not the easy stuff taught by your local YMCA or gym. It is quite hard core.

It really brought home the idea of how to train your mind in the midst of utter chaos and seemingly complicated conditions. I would say it is relative to our life and times …

The Fatal Decision to Retire!

For the past 20 years I have been writing and speaking about the foolish notion of retirement. My old adage is that the Soul

doesn’t come here to retire. It is a man-made construct and gives people the false sense that somehow they can stop working, planning, being productive and creating new careers. The Soul doesn’t come to earth to retire. It has a long blueprint even going out 120 years and some of the most productive years are from 60 onward. Finally, there are some statistics to support this thinking. Not only have we shortened our lives by planning on retirement, getting monies together so we can live on less, or have enough to last as long as we do–or not, heaven forbid; we begin to accept the deterioration of our health as if that should go along with our ideas about retirement.

15 year old shooters and the connection to the 3rd soul cycle

Over several years we have been experiencing school shootings that are mainly acted out by young men and consistently around the age of 15 years. Why is it so common to see this age pop up for the shootings? Sometimes we see the young man at 14. Other times we see the young man’s age at 16. It is usually right in this window of 14-16. What can we understand about this critical age that is completely unknown to psychologists and others who try to study this phenomena?

The Ongoing Exposure of Male Harassment of Women

I have been repeating for a least 20 years that woman would begin their visible presence when we reached the year 2,000 and we begin to work with the feminine energy of the number two. You are watching it slowly show up and have been made more aware with each passing year. Remember we have only been working with the first 17 years and the entire 2,000 year period lasts 1,000 years.

The Bonfire of the Vanities–We keep repeating our lessons

John Maudlin, a great financial writer and consultant, recently wrote a piece about the “Bonfire of the Absurdities”. He was

using it as a financial metaphor. The actual book he was referring to is Thomas Wolfe’s “Bonfire of the Vanities.” It was written several years ago about the financial markets. I think it was made into a movie. Nevertheless, that’s not the point of this post but it is a reference marker.

Back in 1490 in Florence there was a ruling family called the Medici family. These were all powerful people and they brought in a Dominican friar Girolamo Savonarola to serve them.
