Rescuing Your Health by Understanding Your Number

I don’t know if you have been paying attention to the latest statistics on the health of Americans but it is a pretty sad state of affairs. We are going backwards in our health and our life expectancy is decreasing. All in all for a highly developed country, we are dismal in the health department. Just to throw out a few statistics, prior to Covid we ranked 29th among the 38 member nations of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. We trailed Germany by 2.5 years, Canada by 3.2 years and France by 4 years. The US has a terrible performance in infant mortalitey. It ranked 33rd behind every European and Asian country. America’s best state Hawaii, has a 7 year mortality difference from our worst state. Even so, Hawaii trailed 25 OCED countries. (West Virginia would have placed dead last, behind Mexico). The Pandemic made it worse because …

Heavenly Patterns Still Predict Our Lives

We live in a world in which we think we are in control. As I have said before, we are not. We can direct our lives from our own personalities, egos and choices but we can’t control our lives. The longer we stay on planet earth, the more of this thinking is shown to us. People die unexpectedly, we get a bad health diagnosis, the company lays off workers, the job move was a disaster and, then, of course, the auto accident that seemed to come out of nowhere. We can’t control it. The best we can do is stay connected to the invisible power source, go inside yourself for your answers and keep improving your intuitive skills. If you feel you shouldn’t go in a certain direction but you don’t know why, don’t go in that direction. Really develop your vital intuition.

There is, however, a heavenly system that …

No Surprises Here

Or, at least, we shouldn’t be surprised. This recent overturning of Roe vs Wade is just an official stamp of the leaked decision we knew was coming. It has been in the works for 50 years and has finally been adopted. It just took the election of Donald Trump and his promise to put on the Supreme Court individuals who would end abortion rights. These three people basically had no problem lying during their confirmation hearings. The sins of omission.

It is also interesting to note that of the six conservative judges, all Catholic, five had attended Catholic schools. They had no problem shooting down Maine’s law that limited financial aid to religious schools. This is truly the Swiss cheese effect where little by little the separation of church and state, an extremely important constitutional right of the citizens is eroded by this ultra conservative court. The founders of our …

Wake Up and Refuse to Go Along With It

The more people refuse to believe the deceptions and betrayals, the more we can advance as a species.  Wake up and refuse to go along with the deceptions and betrayals that are bombarding us every day.  Encourage yourself to question what you are reading, hearing and watching.  It is man-based fiasco.

At a recent live class, a man claimed that the US started this war in Ukraine to protect our bioweapons work we have been doing for years with Ukraine.  He insisted there was proof without citing it and was indignant when he didn’t receive the attention he wanted.  He left the class.  He said he would be proven correct.

We are subject to harassment if we speak truth to power and can be shamed and banished on social media or worse.  It has cost people their lives and their livelihood.  Why are we accepting this stuff?  It is dangerous …

The Dangerous and Vulnerable Ages 14-21

Most of us look at numerology, if we look at it at all, as being concerned with a certain number called your life path. This is derived from your date of birth. For the average person it pretty much stops there. But, once you begin the study of sacred geometry and numerology, you learn that your life is guided by cycles and times. One of the most important cycles is called your Soul Cycle. This cycle is 7 years in length and is activated as soon as you take your first breath. We continue on our path of life experiencing Soul Cycle after Soul Cycle until we leave this life. Each Soul Cycle is bringing the Soul to a new level of awareness.

We begin with ages 0 to 7 years of age. This first cycle is intended to get the body here and get it accustomed to the family …

Roe vs Wade and the Fate of the Empire

In his book, “It Can’t Happen Here” (1935), Sinclair Lewis wrote, “When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in a flag and carrying the cross.”

I think this quote can also be attributed to Huey Long or Lewis but it has been around for awhile. It will be for each of us to decide where America stands on whether fascism is coming to America or is already here. One of the most important responsibilities of a citizen is to thoughtfully observe and decide whether the leaders elected by the citizens are wisely supporting democracy or weakening individual rights. Are they paying attention to the citizens’ needs and true to the American dream? America’s purpose in 1776 was to usher in the Aquarian Age and become the beacon for the individual and assimilation of the masses. It is up to us to judge them. Are we progressing or regressing?…

What Are Your Career Plans for Ages 60 – 90?

I listen to the reports of retirees returning to the workplace again. I hear bragging points of people retiring at ages 45 to 50. They create books and workshops on how to retire early as if it is a goal in life to retire early. Some of the financial articles are on people retiring by 30. Wow, and then what?

There are many conversations about retiring now. Many left the workforce because it seemed like a good time to do it and the extra money in 20 and 21 gave permission to do that. Many never should have been in the careers they were in in the first place. Approximately 1 1/2 million people retired out due to the pandemic. Now, however, many are finding out that they retired too early and need the extra monies or they are bored, or they feel unproductive. In retrospect, retirement is a man-made …

MINDSET–Think and Prepare Like a Warrior–Revisited!

In 2021 I wrote about this topic. We were still in pandemic mode but better able to work with it than 2020. I sent out this piece about thinking and preparing like a warrior as it seemed it could be helpful in light of all that was going on with jobs, vaccinations, masks, etc.

Now I find this information is even more important as the world has become a giant battlefield of real war, global economic problems, food shortages, inflation, supply chain challenges and life and death decisions. The world is shaping up as allies and non-allies and sometimes depending on a non-ally for your survival. You hear about good versus evil now and horrific photos of humankind’s destruction of itself. We weep at what we have done to ourselves and yet many of us turn a blind eye to what is going on in the world. We can’t seem …

What Women Can Do to Prepare for 2024

I have been talking and talking about the powerful role women will be playing in our society when 2024 comes around. It seemed far away 10 years ago but it is fast approaching and women need to prepare for her leadership positions. This is not just an American phenomenon but a world-wide change. For the last 22 years, women have been gradually moving ahead. You find her role increasing in the business world, the political world, the medical world and just about anywhere that you have a human role. Some of these battles to gain recognition, respect and even acknowledgement, have been brutal. For all those women who were the “first” in their position, they need to be recognized for the trail they cleared and the doors they opened for other women to follow.

Once we entered the vibrational field of the number two, the year 2000, the female really …

Where is America’s Volodymyr Zelensky?

I read several years ago, Wallace Wattles book on the “Science of Being Great”. I look around at the US leaders and wonder where are our great leaders? Going back in time over our recent presidents. I don’t see any great leaders. We have Biden, Trump, Obama, Clinton, Bush, Bush Sr., Reagan, Carter, Ford, Nixon, Johnson, Kennedy and finally Dwight Eisenhower, Truman and Roosevelt. What a bunch. Out of all of them, only Eisenhower and Roosevelt were really great. There seemed to be a presence within them that people knew they were beyond just holding office or getting elected. When Roosevelt died, the average man on the street wept. Can you imagine anyone weeping over our current leaders? How did we become so complacent that we enabled expensive-suited politicians to lead us? Exception goes to Jimmy Carter who did try to bring peace to these shores. This is especially hard …

Women Are The Conscience of Our Society

I have often spoken about the role of women in society and the countries that honor her, respect her and cherish her wisdom will prosper, grow and thrive. Just the opposite are those countries who dismiss her, abuse her and, more or less, treat her as a piece of property. Take a look at the countries of the world which remain underdeveloped, abusive and in poverty. All of them have marginalized women. They are continuously fighting and are riddled with the uneducated and the angry men.

There is a verse in the Bible that mentions the female as being “the Queen of the Heavens”. She is the conscience of the world’s society. The question to ask is does she really know the importance of the role she plays in the forward development of humanity. It is time for her to walk around the block and meet herself.

She once was …

What is Your Personal Year in 2022

I thought I would write today about the Personal Years. We get a new one each year. It is tied to the Universal Year but it is more powerful for you than the Universal Year (2022). Personal years set up the energy of what you can expect during the year. It is your own private and personal space. It is extremely important to know your personal year so you can plan and prepare. It also can get you through the tough times when you know that it is a passing phase and part of the characteristics of that personal year.

It is easy to figure out your personal year. All you do is add the month of your birth to the day or your birth. Take that total (reduced) and add it to the Universal Year. In 2022 the Universal Year is the number six. 2 + 0 +

Think and Prepare Like a Warrior

Many years ago I read an excerpt from a book written by John Perkins who had or has a base in New Jersey where he taught martial arts and their mental requirements.  I found it pretty relevant to everyday life.  His specialty was preparing newly graduated police recruits for the real world of the streets.  It wasn’t enough to learn from an academy but to also learn the down and out chaos of the real world.

During our challenging times of anger, chaos, fake news, aggressive and crazed humans, lies, corrupt officials, corrupt corporations and the other nasties in Pandora’s box, I find John Perkins mindset preparations genuinely helpful.  I thought you might to.  Please remember, if you want this society to improve, you will be required to become involved with improving it.  The time has past for complaining and marching.  A buildup of citizenry influence is necessary.  Make your …

The Golden Age of Stupidity

I try to gain wisdom over smart as I age in place.  I always thought wisdom was less in supply than smart.  We have many smart people who just aren’t wise.  We have individuals with numerous degrees or credentials.  They became well educated in specific areas but they never became wise.  Maybe that is why we see the outpouring of stupidity we see today.

I recently read an article from the Wall St. Journal  regarding  the Golden Age of Stupidity, (written by Lance Morrow, August 30, 2021) that nails the idea of our glorious state of stupidity.  We don’t have to look far to see numerous examples of it.  A large most recent example is the withdrawal from Afghanistan.  An older version was the long deadly war in Vietnam.  Another modern day stupidity is the refusal of millions of people to get vaccinated against the novel coronavirus.  It makes one …

Let’s Remember to Laugh and Dance to Love

What a crazy funny week this has been. I have to laugh at the nuttiness of it all. Just when you think

the world can’t get worse in the news or social media or any media, you remember a few basic tenets of our current life. This all will pass away. All of us will someday too. So, it behooves us to think on the things that are beautiful, wonderful and kind. The news will just always be negative because that is what sells and people like to be scared or angry or right. The news is plastered with the ending of this phase of Afghanistan’s evolution. It is plastered with covid counts. Gosh, I can’t read them any more. It’s plastered with shootings, car accidents, droughts, excessive heat, floods and other “acts of God”. How about inflation, lack of housing, homeless souls and religious zealots. It goes on and …

The Day of Reckoning Has Arrived

We humans love certainty, safety, dependability and trust. We have relied on our jobs, marriages, good health, our investments, our pensions and even our pets. We think we can control our lives by routines and good habits. We never think about pandemics, food deprivations (in the developed countries) and other devastating acts of God and nature. We depend upon this earth world for everything. We look for our perfect mate, our doctors to take care of us, if we can afford it, our jobs, our vacations, our happiness and leaders who will make wise decisions for us.

I can remember when it was possible for the average person to buy a home, go to college at reasonable tuition rates, raise a family and put your children in college without going into debt. This was actually possible. I also remember when cosmetics and certain basic pharmacy brands were not locked up. …

The Price to be Paid for the Rise in Individualism

As a species, if we do not stop ignoring what Mother Earth is telling us about our practices, she’s gonna do it for us.  And it’s not going to be humans winning.”  Jess Due, national care director of Farm Sanctuary.  We have become a ruling class that has created another world living against its environment, not with it.

I heard today that the great experiment, where Americans thought they could convince the Chinese to lean more towards democracy, has failed.  We had exchange students, visitors and global commerce.  But when you take a deeper look at why the Chinese don’t favor democracy over government capitalism and government control, you hear about the murders and guns, the bitter battles inside the government, the Asian discrimination in the country, the large population that refuses covid vaccination, the protests and the riot of January 6th.  It doesn’t look like an inclusive land. …

In a World of Noise, Discipline is your Greatest Asset

It was Lincoln who said “America will never be destroyed from the outside.  If we falter and lose our freedom, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.”

What can we do to not destroy ourselves through these challenging times?

I had a long conversation (90 minutes) last week with a friend in India.  It is interesting to hear the perspective of those dying and those begging for the vaccine.  Here in America, we are paying people to get the vaccine.  You shake your head when you hear people not wanting the vaccine.  How much noise have they listened to or do they believe they will not get the disease?

There is so much noise out there and too many of us are listening to it.  There is so much fear out there and too many people are buying into it.  It is time to think in a reasoned and …

Learners Will Inherit the Earth

“In times of change the

learners will inherit the earth,

while the knowers will find themselves

beautifully equipped to deal

with a world that no longer exists.”

~ Eric Hoffer

I loved Eric Hoffer’s writings when I was a young adult and they have become even more powerful as an old adult.  Which have you become, the learner or the knower?  As I have said before, the art of  staying young is based on your ability to lower your resistance to starting over.  It is also wise to never retire.  Change careers but never retire.  It feels as if we are all being thrown into the starting-over pit.  The pandemic has forced us to look at how we think, behave and act.  It has done a wonderful job of exposing the dirt under the dirt, the lack of concern for large segments of our society and the intense fear of …

Every Day is Wednesday

I remember many years ago when my former husband was a fighter pilot in Viet Nam, he would say that every day is Wednesday.  They bombed every day.  It didn’t matter if it was Saturday or Sunday; every day was Wednesday.  The comment reminds me of my life today.  This Wednesday routine won’t always be the case but it is now in the present and, in reality, that is all I can work in.  Saturday and Sunday’s are more of the same as Wednesday.  Working from home, self-employed, I can go walk on any day, go to the pharmacy any day, take out food any day, shop at Trader Joe’s any day etc.  The only must do week days are doctor appointments.  Here is Los Angeles, there are no cultural, sporting events, dining in, open gyms, no pedicures, no hair salons, no bars, weddings, family gatherings of no more than …
