buying or moving into and the best address for their business. I almost feel like I should do a class on addresses alone. For all of you who contact me regarding your address, please be aware that an address could be great for one person and just awful for another. When speaking of an address, I am only speaking about the numbers on the house, apartment or office. Please note, that the address on the unit of the condo, apartment or office space is more important than the general overall address of the building. For example the address might be 1000 Main Street but your unit or office space is 24 or unit 23B. Always focus on the individual unit of space. Remember letters are to be treated as numbers.
Having said that, the overall number of the complex or office building does provide a general energy of the place but it really is not what you should concern yourself. Your focus should always be on your own unit. Always avoid the numbers 13, 14, 16 and 19 if you can. In particular the numbers 14, 16 and 19. All four numbers are karmic debt numbers and can activate the debt that lies invisibly behind these numbers. Since you don’t know if you have any karmic debt in your chart until you delve into it, it is best to avoid these actual numbers. Do not be concerned if a number contains these debt numbers inside them. An example would be 21459. It contains the number 14 but it is part of a whole number and not a stand-alone karmic number.
Houses, condos, apartments and office spaces have their own energy. For example a house number that reduces to the number 8 (such as 53) would have a very different energy and expectation than a house that is 22. No number is bad. They are just different energies. What can set a person off or on is how it affects their individual chart. If you move into a place that is unit 8 and you have an excess of the number 8 or no number 8 in your birth chart, this number would be very hard to live with. This house likes power, leadership and success. If you don’t feel like being that or doing that, avoid this house. The number 8 is also ruled by the planet Saturn. Saturn is considered the Lord of Karma so you get to meet it in this house. If you want to become successful and have the house look successful, this could be very good for you. The benefit of this house is no nonsense. No self-deception on money, power etc. I have lived in many 8 properties and I am taking a respite from that energy. I still own a rental property that is an 8 and true-to-form, almost any tenant that has rented it has been an executive.
Remember, if you are missing a number in your name that matches the number on the house (for example, you have no 7’s in your name — the letters g, p or y) the lesson of the number 7 will be activated when you move in. The number 7 property is very quiet, more hidden and more studious. It is a house where you can grow in consciousness and be tested in your faith over your fears. It is not a social house or drop-in energy. It is house of study, great for holding classes, learning truths, studying a subject matter and a house of rest. It can get old after awhile as one can feel shut off from the world. It is the one house number that can create a recluse. For example a house number 826 reduces to the number 7. If you are single, living alone and tired of it and you live in a 7 home, consider moving into a more social number such as the 3, 6, 5 or 2.
It is not enough to know your date of birth and how it matches up to a house you want to buy or move to. It is imperative to know your birth name. Here lies the story of your issues. The timing is in the date of birth. The number of the property is in the name.

I’ve written to you before about apartment numerology. I’ve settled for one and I chose #504 (9); I had another choice #212 (1), but it was in another location, and the reviews weren’t that great. As I’ve stated before, I’m a life path #7, and I’ve lived in a few 7s before, and it was a lonely, isolating, anxious, experience.
I would like to know if I made the right choice by choosing the #9 apartment. My goal is make a positive change and to take better care of myself. I’ve also read that #9s are good for single people…I hope?
It would’ve made sense for me to move into the #1 if I was looking for a fresh start. But finding love, I’m not so sure.
Can you shed some light on this? Did I make the right decision…numerically speaking?

Quick question.. What if you have a letter that matches in another system? For instance if the house number is 20229=15=6 and your name in the Chaldean system has a 6 but in the Pythagorean system it does not. Will you reap the benefits of the 6 house or activate the karma of the 6?
Or do you have the power to make whatever it is you wish to manifest?
OMG! I have a choice between moving in a house number 4 and 11. I do have the number four in my name, but not 11. If I choose 11 will it activate any negative karma? If I choose 4 will I have a boring life that I will have to work hard for?? Please help!

There is so much more to it than just the name and the city number. First of all there is the missing numbers in your name and then there is your personal year itself. Timing is everything. A full names adds up to more than 13 numbers. Also whether you use your birth name or not, it is your blueprint and you can use any name you like but your registered birth name is driving your life. I would appreciate your help. My full birth name adds up to 13, if I live in 4 city is that bad? Would you recommend moving? Also I don’t go by my full birth name the name I go by is a 1 name.
If the address for a house is a fraction do you count both numbers in the fraction? i.e., 226 1/2? Would you ever break it down to 226.5 and use those numbers instead? Wondering, because it could make a big difference.
No, you can’t change vibration of house by different number inside door. This will always be a 7. City or county can only change it. I would not recommend this house under the circumstances.

I am missing the number 7 in my name and recently made an offer on a house that adds up to 7. Im single and alone and have been for sometime. Is it true you can change the vibration by adding a number behind the door or should I just find a different house?
Since my house number adds up to 18 reduces to 9. I’m hoping that means “completion” and not moving again at this stage of life. I’ve always thought it was interesting that this number, no matter how large, multiplied by 9 reduces to 9. I’m sure that must mean something significant but not sure what.

I get a bit confused about the 13, 14, 16, and 19 karmic debt numbers. For example I live in a 7 house and I have karma in 7 and I can attest to what you say is completely true for me. I’m wondering if 16 (1 + 6) equals 7 does this mean that I’m also living in a karmic debt number house, or are you saying if the address/unit number are just one of those 4 specific numbers then it applies? Thank you.
Tom just asked me if I knew what the big sailboat document number is. I just calculated it and you’ll smile when I share it is a 9 boat – our new home in a few months. Since 9 is also my last pinacle – i’m thinking this is a very good thing!
