The turmoil of the last 20 years as well as 200 years is coming to a head.  The numbers and data are extremely concerning.  States are going in different directions on social and economic policies.  The consequences are being felt by all Americans and it is a tug of war.

I will be discussing the ramifications and dangers if this continues or worsens.  States are being handed more power to set their own agendas.  The recent Supreme Court decisions are also supporting this trend.

There could be a constitutional crisis in 2024 if states use new powers to reject the results of the voters.  More single party state control increases policy divergence.
