June, the 6th month of the year–the month of love, weddings, domestic responsibilities, household moves, graduations and divorces. In short, issues concerning the family. This June has even more energy of the number 6 as the universal year, 2013, totals the number 6.We are in the 6th month of a 6 year.More marriages take place in June than in any other month of the year.

The number 6 cries out for balance—particularly balance in the home. This is the month of graduations when students come back home or leave home.Much more responsibilities are given to families during this month.During June it is important to put more emphasis on home issues than work issues.Selling or buying a house is one of these issues.Community activities take on a greater role in June. The stock market is usually stable in June.Spending is normally conservative and people are more inclined to stay home or at least closer to the nest.

Question and Answer:

What if both partners in a relationship are missing the same numbers in their names? How does this impact the relationship?

Answer:

This is definitely a challenged relationship from the start. It is similar to children in the same classroom having to learn the same lessons.Neither one is that good in either of them and they continuously create challenges to learn the lessons. If you know another person’s chart has this condition, tread carefully before entering such a relationship.Understand what each of your issues is.For example, if both are missing the number 6, there is an issue of commitment. Both may think they are committing but in reality are not. Each can stay heavily guarded and not truly communicate affection and care.

Question:

How do I best work with my life path (from my date of birth) and my destiny (the sum total of my full, exact birth name)?

Answer:

To use this incarnation well, it is always best to look towards the full name number. This is the direction you should be headed. This is what you are trying to accomplish. The life path from the date of birth tells you the type of road you will travel to get there. You must learn to work these two systems together for maximum satisfaction and success in this lifetime.Contact me for a session if you do not know how to combine and work with your numbers. gail@gailminogue.com

Half truths are the same as lies!

Half truths are the same as lies!

Since last May’s column, we are now embroiled in an IRS scandal and continual investigation into Libya. It is important to keep in mind that this is theater. This is not legislation or forward movement on the part of the legislature. This is political grandstanding to keep non-event issues alive for 2014 and prevent getting much else done in Congress.Remember, the entire object of politicians is to stay in power. These are our political Kings. We have our corporate Kings and our political Kings.Neither wants to give up any power.

Let’s take a closer look at the IRS scandal.First it is important to remember that these quasi “non-profit educational groups” are anything but.Almost all of them, including democratic ones, have a vested interest in political outcomes. Most of these would not qualify for tax exemption if the light of day shone upon them. The fact that the IRS has bungled investigating these groups speaks more about the low budget of the IRS to follow through on these groups’ vetting. The IRS is underfunded, understaffed and under trained to do this type of work.In the last two years the number of these groups ballooned and deluged the IRS.These groups should never have been in the running for non-profit, tax exempt status as educational units in the first place.Between 2010 and 2012, the number of 501 (c)(4) applications grew from 1,500 to more than 3,400. They are mainly electioneering groups.

It goes back to 2010 when the Tea Party became popular. The IRS started flagging applications from groups that had politically mentioned names for their groups– such as “Take Back the Country” or “We the People” or “Tea Party Patriots” etc.Of 298 groups applying for tax-exempt status, 72 of these groups had the words “tea party” in their titles.(Washington Post)They not only singled out tea party and liberty groups but they also looked at political action type organizations. In 2012 the IRS also revoked the tax-exempt status of liberal groups such as “Emerge America” – a San Francisco-based group that trains female Democratic candidates.

This IRS scandal, unfortunately, will probably hinder the agency’s ability to ensure that politically active nonprofits obey the law.It may even make them shy away from uncovering 501(C) (4) organizations that do abuse their tax-exempt status. The taxpayers will be the losers. The political Kings and their supporters will be the winners. The phony investigations by Chairman Issa(R-Calif) and other committee members will not get to the root of the problem but it will keep them in the spotlight to ensure that 2014 will see more political fundraising groups stick it to the American taxpayer. Misappropriations of taxpayer funds by the IRS for employee events and would-be linkage to the White House will take at least a year of distraction. It appears as if serious investigation is going on. It isn’t. Serious electioneering is going on. It’s a safe bet to choose the IRS as a scapegoat for a lack of quality legislating.

Trends and Forecasts

Money continues to flow in a lopsided direction—to the top 1%.Unfortunately, it is not trickling down to Main Street.

Forecast and Trends for 2012 through 2024 (San Jose)

Fear of the the Future

Interest rates continue to stay low which is wonderful for the stock market and for companies but it is not helping the average American. The stock market is not the US economy. It is the stock market.Money printing helps the situation of those closest to the money but it doesn’t reach the average man on the street or most of the middle class.

At some point things will have to be reset. No society in history has tolerated a small minority controlling its assets.Eventually, it is overturned through revolution or corrected through changes in tax laws, wealth taxes or tax rates. In the US there will be much more antagonism against the very wealthy and the “gilded age” syndrome.I would anticipate this to begin to appear between 2015 and 2019.Art auction houses are showing record sales.Money is flowing into very high-end properties, stocks, bonds, art, wine, jewelry and other luxuries. The man in Detroit, St. Louis or Cincinnati is actually making less income than he did 5 years ago.Wall Street is leveraging up.Main Street struggles.

A disturbing trend is growing in America. We are becoming a risk-averse culture. The Wall Street Journal is reporting (June 3, 2013) that entrepreneurship is down and dropping. I mentioned for the past 4 years that everything is contracting. This news is not a surprise. The contraction will continue for several years, most likely 10 more. America is a country of generous people who are self-starters and risk takers. We have taken pride in our character. This risk aversion will reverse itself but not for several years. In the meantime companies will add jobs more slowly, investors will put less money into new ventures, people will start fewer businesses and the economy will remain sluggish.

America thrives on acts of faith to do well with your own business. Ambition has helped send money, talent and other resources to areas where they are needed. Fewer Americans are choosing this path. In 1982 new companies–those in business less than five years–made up half of all US businesses. By 2011 they accounted for just over one third. On top of that existing companies have become huge making it harder for small start ups to survive. Think Amazon and the small business. For the first time since such records were kept, the Census found that more American workers worked for big businesses (those with more than 500 employees) than small ones.

On top of this news, people are moving less and companies are afraid to expand their payrolls. It is not a health care phenomena. This has been going on for some time. Safety and security rule the day but it is really hurting the job market and the creation of new businesses that has helped America become a powerful catalyst for world growth.

Ponder This

We are pondering!

We are pondering!

Wallace Wattles speaks on “Efficient Action”—“If there is something that may be done today, and you do not do it, you have failed in so far as that thing is concerned: and the consequences may be more disastrous than you imagine.

You cannot foresee the results of even the most trivial act; you do not know the workings of all the forces that have been set moving in your behalf. Much may be depending on your doing some simple act; it may be the very thing which is to open the door of opportunity to very great possibilities. You can never know all the combinations which Supreme Intelligence is making for you in the world of things and of things and of human affairs; your neglect or failure to do some small thing may cause a long delay in getting what you want.

Do every day, ALL that can be done that day!”

Do You Need A Private Consultation?

Most of you realize that I work with individuals and corporations in helping them with their personal blueprints. It is very important work and so I continue to do it as long as I am able to do it. Each of us arrives here with a wonderful guidance system. We create it before arrival and work with it all our lives. It is important to know what you created and what is your timing in this life.

Look at former President Ronald Reagan who became president in his 70’s or new California Jerry Brown who started his new term at 72. Since the Soul never came here to retire, why would the personality consider that as an option? Planning on retirement has created shorter lives and less fulfilling ones. We can restructure and have many careers and life experiences but we never retire even when we think we are “in retirement”. Chief Justice Paul Stevens retired at the ripe young age of 95. Why are you any different? Plan on many careers, many experiences, and a healthy body. For clarity and understanding of your timing and your blueprint, call me or email for a private session. gail@gailminogue.com.
