Everything is rapidly changing:

• The fabric of globalization and the concept of property has changed.  The near future will bring more uncertainty. 
• We need to let go of many outworn or naïve ideas and face more objective realities. 
• Many of the world’s activities are outside US control. 
•  Destruction and later transformation are taking place.  Governments will weaponize financial systems to achieve their purposes. 
• Inflation will be harder to bring down than anyone now believes.
• Taking and destroying a city that is surrounded by angry people receiving weapons from abroad is really not a good strategy.  The Ukrainian resistance can routinely disrupt the enemy’s supply chains. 
• This will be a lengthy war unless Putin capitulates and he will not.  He will double down as he is now in a corner.
